2. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data; It is collected verbally, in writing or electronically, by means of automatic and non-automatic methods such as e-mail, telephone, website, various contracts, forms kept in paper form and minutes, by real or legal persons who process data authorized by the workplace.

In this context; Your personal data below is processed in accordance with the 2/a-c-ç-e-f clauses of Article 5 of the Law and paragraph 3 of Article 6, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms and based on the legal grounds of the workplace's legitimate interests.

• Your identity information: Your name, surname, Turkish Your ID number, passport number or temporary Turkish ID number, place and date of birth, marital status, gender, insurance number and other identification data by which we can identify you.
• Your Contact Information: Your address, telephone number, e-mail address and other communication data, your contact records with the hotline, and your personal data obtained when you contact us via e-mail, letter or other means.
• Your financial data, such as your billing information.
• If you apply for a job at the workplace, your other personal data, including the CV, provided in this regard, and if you are a workplace employee or consultant, data regarding your family members and all kinds of personal data to be used within the scope of your personnel file related to your service contract and legal relationship.

5. Rights of Data Owners Under the Law

• It can be learned whether it is processed, the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose, and if it is processed, it can request information on this subject,
• You can learn the third parties with whom your information is shared in the country and abroad in accordance with the Law,
• If he/she thinks that your information is incomplete or incorrectly processed, he/she may request that it be corrected,
• Request the deletion or destruction of information within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law,
• It may request the third parties to whom the information is transferred to be notified of their requests specified in subparagraphs (c) and (d) and to perform the same transactions,
• He may object to the emergence of a result against him due to the analysis of his information with automatic systems, or request the removal of the damage if he thinks that it has been recorded or used unlawfully and has suffered damage for this reason.

In case the application made for these purposes requires an additional cost, the fee determined by the Communiqué on Application Procedures and Principles to the Data Controller issued by the Personal Data Protection Board will be paid by the Data Owner. In case of a written response to the applications, no fee will be charged for the first 10 (ten) pages, and a processing fee of 1 TL will be charged for each page above 10 (ten) pages. If the response to the applications is given in a recording medium such as CD or flash memory, the fee equal to the cost of the recording medium will be charged to the Data Owner.

The requests included in the applications will be finalized as soon as possible and within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request.

In order to benefit from the rights under the law, applications can be submitted to our workplace in writing, provided that they are in Turkish, and the website of the Personal Data Protection Authority can be visited for detailed information.

Identity number, residence or workplace address, e-mail address, telephone number are mandatory in accordance with the "Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller". Applications that do not contain the aforementioned elements will be rejected by our Workplace.
